Transportation terms
The Purchaser shall make a choice as to the mode of delivery (will pick it up myself, parcel terminal, post office, transport company etc.) during the process of placing an order and shall bear the transportation costs.
Pakendikeskus shall use third persons to deliver the goods to the Purchaser.
All prices in the e-shop are in Euros and include 22% VAT and are indicated on the products. The delivery fee shall be added to the prices.
A transporting fee of 6,90 euros shall be added to the orders when the total value of which is less than 99 euros and delivery with a courier was chosen during checkout inside the Republic of Estonia. The transporting fee ranges from 2,43 euros to 6,59 euros for Itella SmartPOST parcel terminal; 2,75 euros for Omniva parcel terminal; from 5,37 euros to 17,97 euros for Omniva post office deliveries and 2,56 euros for DPD Pickup point deliveries depending on package size. Orders of value over 99 euros shall be delivered free of charge inside the Republic of Estonia. The delivery fee shall be displayed during checkout.
Goods shall be delivered to the delivery address entered in the order. The delivery address cannot be changed later.
Hand-carried goods shall be delivered to the rooms specified by the Buyer, and pallets on hand pallet trucks as far as it is physically possible.
The goods are delivered to Estonia and also to Finland by ItellaSmartPOST. For outside deliveries, the Purchaser must send an order to Pakendikeskus's e-mail address: eshop@pakendikeskus.ee .
Pakendikeskus shall deliver the ordered goods to the person executing delivery in two working days after the conclusion of the sales contract at the latest. As a rule, products are delivered in 3-5 working days.
If the goods ordered by the Purchaser are not in stock and have to be specially ordered from the producer/supplier and it is clear that the goods cannot be delivered in 3-5 working days, and in other cases when delivering the goods on time is impossible due to circumstances beyond the control of Pakendikeskus, Pakendikeskus shall inform the Purchaser in 2 working days as of the formalisation of the order via contact phone or e-mail. The Purchaser will then also be informed of the deadline for the delivery of the ordered goods.
If the Purchaser loses interest in purchasing the goods due to a longer delivery time, the Purchaser shall be entitled to cancel the order and the sum paid by the Purchaser (along with the cost of transport) shall be returned to the bank account of the Purchaser.
The Purchaser shall be obliged to check the ordered goods immediately upon delivery. If upon accepting the goods, the Purchaser discovers differences in its constitution or quantity, poor quality or any other difference of the goods in comparison to the description presented in the e-shop or the order submitted by the Purchaser, the Purchaser shall immediately inform Pakendikeskus via e-mail eshop@pakendikeskus.ee .
If the goods ordered by the Purchaser are delivered by an employee of a postal institution or transport company, the Purchaser shall accept the goods by signing the delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, the Purchaser shall make sure that the goods are in correct constitution and quantity, are not damaged or spoiled. If there is a difference in the constitution or quantity of the goods in comparison to the order submitted by the Purchaser or the product is damaged or spoiled, a corresponding note shall be made on the delivery note and a notification shall be sent immediately to the e-mail address eshop@pakendikeskus.ee .
The risk of accidental destruction and damage to the goods shall transfer to the Purchaser upon the delivery of the products at the place specified in the order.
