All prices of the e-shop include 22% value added tax.

A contract of purchase and sale of goods or services shall be deemed to have been entered into as of the moment of paying for the order in the e-shop environment,  or upon paying by invoice, as of Pakendikeskus sending an e-mail confirming that they have accepted the order to the e-mail address submitted by the Purchaser when making the order.

The e-shop prices may differ from the prices in other stores of Pakendikeskus. E-shop prices shall be valid upon timely payment of the invoice issued by Pakendikeskus or upon immediate payment via an Internet bank link or by credit card.

A transporting fee of 6,90 euros shall be added to the orders when the total value of which is less than 99 euros and delivery with a courier was chosen during checkout inside the Republic of Estonia. The transporting fee ranges from 2,43 euros to 6,59 euros for Itella SmartPOST parcel terminal; 2,75 euros for Omniva parcel terminal; from 5,37 euros to 17,97 euros for Omniva post office deliveries and 2,56 euros for DPD Pickup point deliveries depending on package size. Orders of value over 99 euros shall be delivered free of charge inside the Republic of Estonia. The delivery fee shall be displayed during checkout. 

The Purchaser can pay for the goods and services at the e-shop via Internet bank links, by credit card or on the basis of an order confirmation with prepayment issued by Pakendikeskus. Invoices for paying for goods or services are issued to contractual businesses of Pakendikeskus. 

When paying for goods and services via an Internet bank link, it is necessary to exit the Internet bank page by clicking the button «Back to the merchant» . Then, a confirmation of the order will be displayed on the screen.

When paying with credit card, the Purchaser will not enter their card data on the Pakendikeskus web-page, but the webpage of an official cooperation partner of the SEB bank. Pakendikeskus will not see the Purchaser’s card data. After formalising the order, the Customer will be directed to the secure environment of Nets Estonia AS for making the payment. There is a pre-filled payment order with the sum to be paid. After entering the card number, security code (3 number code on the back of the card) and the validity term of the card, Nets Estonia shall authorise the transaction at the Customer's bank. When requesting card data, SSL-security protocol, MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa security programs are used, which ensure that the exchanged information cannot be intercepted or changed by unauthorised persons. 

The order for goods and services shall be formalised and supplied upon 100% prepayment, except upon payment on the basis of an invoice issued to contractual businesses by Pakendikeskus. 

The Purchaser’s order shall be cancelled if the Purchaser has not paid for the order in 3 working days, except upon payment on the basis of an invoice.
