Bag-in-box material is multilayered. Bag is suitable for packaging juice, wine and other non-gassy drinks. For better preservation of juice and wine the bag has a layer for oxygen barrier and better protection from light.
The bag includes a butterfly valve, the cap opening diameter is 3cm. The bag can be filled by hand, after filling the bag the butterfly valve is placed and pressed securely. Fixing the valve will take only few seconds and opening the bag do not need any instruments.
The bag can be filled with liquids up to +85degrees. Bag is suitable for acidic juices like apple juice pH starting from 3. The bag does not need any carton containers or other extras. Handles make carring and lifting the bag easier.
Bag-in-box advantage over bottles and jars is better preservation in a opened package. After opening the butterfly valve the generated vacuum will not let the oxigen near the filling, ensuring the product to stay fresh after several weeks. Bags filled with juice or wine can be preserved at room temperature or in the freezer up to -25degrees.
The bag is light, takes less stroraging space when empty and creates less waist, than a glass jar or canister. Bag-in-box is for one-time usage.
